United States Open Water Swimming Association

United States Open Water Swimming Association (USOWSA) provides structured clinics and individual training for recreational open water swimmers, triathletes, masters swimmers, and Olympic athletes in training.  Our world class training programs focus on open water swimming techniques and skills, race-day physical and mental preparation and other tips for open water races, and safety education.

USOWSA's goal is to provide open water swimmers with the skills and information necessary to make open water swimming both safe and fun.  We also strive to keep our natural bodies of waters open for swimming, safe, and clean.

USOWSA welcomes anyone interested in an open water life, whether you are a seasoned swimmer or just getting your feet wet!
